It was too cold to go out today... -25 with the wind chill. I went for a walk in the hall. I find it's much harder on my knees and hips and back. The floors are marble over concrete. Not great to walk on. but it's better than -25. *grin* Only managed 20 minutes, but that's okay because it's continuous at different speeds and I also get some of my other exercises in at the same time.
If I can do this daily instead of every second day, I might be able to get rid of the extra weight. It is a goal.
