My train travel is booked and paid for.  My hotel is reserved.  I'm getting my hair cut tomorrow afternoon. 

I'm already starting to panic. *grin* 

The great thing is that I've got this Ativan sitting with the rest of the meds.  I've had them since October, I think.  Not sure.  They are for when I can't control a panic attack.  What's great about having them is that I'm just stubborn enough that having them is enough.  I don't need to take one..I just need to know that I can.

Isn't it marvellous what our brains can do?  Even when you know you're fooling it. *grin*

I'm excited for the trip.  I don't remember the last time I travelled by train and it's been years since I was alone in a hotel room.  Can you say Scadian???? *grin*
