40 years ago my eldest was born.  He tried really hard not to be but, exactly 9 months to the day, Northbard entered the world.   I cannot think of a better way to spend NYE. :-)

I thank all the gods that he is in my life.

Despite my best efforts, he has turned into an exceptional human being.

I love you, Son.  Thank you for being you.
