damp?

According to Environment Canada it is going to rain for at least the next week.  Like northern Vt. we have areas of flooding, though not as bad, I don't think.  Apparently the system is from Pennsylvania and is expected to stall over Southern Quebec.

Thanks a lot, Pa.  The NE is NOT impressed.  you can take it back anytime now.  NOW???
