I'm lying here at 6:30.. way earlier than usual.  I'm really tired... shut the light at 4am, up at 8:30.... I enjoyed going out with my aunt and uncle.  The problem is, that she is really in bad physical shape.  She can't walk without a walker and has to be forced to use it.  She falls.

Anyhow... she was in the back seat and couldn't get her seat belt snapped in.  My uncle couldn't find the female part because my aunt's coat.  So I had to lean over and click it in as I was the only one who could see it.  Then, I sat for over 45 minutes while she was in the Dr.s office.  Then, we walked through this huge empty mall (decarie Square for the Montrealers) looking for the restaurant.  Neither of them walk very quickly, of course.  But my uncle has really aged since I last saw him.  He's getting bent and walks slowly and slightly unsure.  Anyhow... I had to hold doors and help her up a couple of times and, I can't do that again.  I now know that I can't go anywhere with Aunt Sue unless there is another person with us whose body actually works. :-(  I pulled my shoulder as well.  Sigh.  This can end any time now... soon would be really good.

I'm swiftly becoming the older generation in my family... both sides.  I have a feeling it means I may have to grow up.  I don't know if I'm ready yet.

Anyhow... it was very strange at E & E.  The food looked good and everything I ate was delicious.. almost everything.  Their cabbage rolls were substandard by my reckoning.  My aunt's comment was... the cabbage is very good. *grin*  What was weird was that after a very little food, I found the very sight of it upset my stomach.  I ate less than I normally would.  I finally grabbed a couple of pieces of pineapple and that was fine (of course my tongues is still swollen, but it was gooooood) :-)

Now my stomach is bitching at me and is ignoring the water I keep throwing at it.   I hate the thought of having to get off of this bed.  I HURT!!!!  But it will be fine by tomorrow.  of course, the 800mg of Advil I'll be taking when I finally do eat won't hurt. *grin*  

OY!!  Just heard that the temp with the humidex for tomorrow is ... are you ready for it? .... 30* C.   I will have to go down to the corner.  Perhaps I'll even wear shorts.  Oh wait... they fall off me.  Not a good idea for the neighbours. *grin*

Have a great holiday weekend everyone.  I know I will. :-)  Svana is coming in tomorrow with Luke.  Hopefully she'll be able to set up my new router AND, I shall have a video cam or whatever it's called.  So I can see who I'm speaking to and stuff. :-)  But I know that's only good if the other person has skype as well.  So exciting. *grin*  And hopefully I'll get to see Adi and fambly as well.

Definitely a good weekend.
