So on Friday the technician came to my apt. and declared my fridge to be dying.  Today, I got a new (to me) fridge.  Peter tried to tell me that because it's a newer one that the space inside is better used.  Bullshit.  It's smaller.  there is no room for anything in it.  I'll call downstairs about it when I wake up.  this is stupid.  But they did take everything out, threw out what had to be and put stuff back.  both men.  I cam't find anything.

but at least it will be easier on electricity.  Until they get me a bigger one.  Same capacity my ass,

Other than that, all is well.  weekend was quiet.  had a stitch and bitch on Sunday afternoon....only three of us.  I've started on Her Majesty's favours.  The first one REALLY sucked.  The rest will be better.  It's wonderful to have something to do with my hands when not working on my laptop.

Our quarterly Moot is on Wednesday.  I'm not even going to bother asking for a lift.  It's not worth the aggravation.

I thought I had a taker for TC, but it's too big for her too.  I'm sure there will be a taker soon.

I have my neuro appt. tomorrow.  Going to have some MRI tests scheduled.  It's time to see what's doing along the spine.

I have had a brilliant idea.  No..really.  See, the winter is really tough for me because the tires get stuck trying to get through the snow.  I need someone to pick up the front of the walker to help me get through it.

So I figured out, that if I could get someone to make a short ski to slide under the front wheels of the walker, I wouldn't need the help.  I can lift from the back if necessary, but I can't lift the front.  I figure, if a bracket could be fitted above each wheel that can be attached when needed (like the picks for the bottom of canes) and just popped under the front wheels (one for each).  I see absolutely no reason why it shouldn't work and many for why it should.

Then, I had another one.  See, the cot is great when I go someplace and I don't have to move.  But for an event like Birka, or maybe going to a museum, or some such, it becomes rather difficult.  So, I figured that if I could get a collapsible (when not in use, thanx) gurney made, that would be much easier for everyone involved.  I even know how it should go together.  And it would fold down flat. *grin*

Now I just need to find the folk who would be willing to make it.  Angall?????  Coug??????  Bueller?????
