Bout time, eh. :-)

Well, I started on the increased meds (2mg/day) and they seems to be working. Now I need to build up my leg and arm muscles. Talk about mega flub. Shouldn't take too long though. And I have the okay to go to Birthday Bash. And Stryker will take me. :-) Gotta let Nedra and Wulfie know.

Also, I am now on my own again. I had a wonderful couple of months with friends staying but you know what, I'm going to enjoy the peace and quiet. Though I kept looking over to the left where Elaina sat and crocheted or knitted. It was weird. :-)

So..My brother called last night and he, my SIL and my father are coming into town on the weekend of the 13th. My brother had a fit when I told him the neuro gave me permission to do the trip if the pain was under control. He doesn't understand that the control of the pain doesn't mean I'm fixed. There is no fix for me right now and he just won't understand. I know I have to be extra careful now. I was an idiot. But I can learn from my mistakes. So, I'll try to explain when they're here. He doesn't listen once he is fixated on a subject or opinion. sigh.

So, within the week I figure I should be able to go to the corner and do my own shopping again. And cooking. Elaina is a good cook, but I've put on 5 lbs this past week and it's not acceptable. :-)

And I still don't have wireless. I'm picking up on someone else's and I'm afraid he may shut down before I finish. Hopefully, next week someone will be able to help me out.
