I have a question for any nutritionists out there. I am now down to 187 lbs. I am not exercising yet. My day consists of lying on either the bed or the couch. The heaviest thing I lift is the laptop and that's gonna stop soon, I hope. I'm probably between 5'2 and 5'3. I'll be 62 next month.
What I need to know is approximately how many calories I should be taking in.. how much protein, etc. Right now, as I'm unable to cook, I'm relegated to frozen stuff. And I'm really not eating enough. I know this. But I have no appetite anymore and, worse, I'm not really hungry. So I need to have an idea of how much I must have. I don't want to gain any weight and I do want to continue to lose. I must continue to lose.
Any info will be most appreciated.
