freya46 at 11:17pm on 01/02/2008sigh. It's Friday and of course..there's a storm. I've not actually been out since Wednesday and I can't get out now. Grrrrr. Maybe tomorrow.
My back is hurting me..just above the hip. That's a new one. I'm figuring that I really need to spend a couple of days on my back after an event. Of course, this weather doesn't help. But I can deal with this pain. :-)
It appears that my next event will be Winter War in Northern Outpost.
I've decided to try something new. Anybody who commits to and actually does work for me to unload and setup and then pack up after will get a coupon for $10.00 off his/her next purchase. That way I don't have to feel guilty and my friends don't have to feel put upon. I figure, 4-6 people each event will suffice. Or, let me put it this way..I can afford up to 6 people per event. :-)
Think I should post that on the EK and E lists? Nobody has to take the coupons, mind you. But I feel better knowing that I'm not totally imposing on folks.
So...WW on the 23rd. I know I have folks for our event the 1st of March. Then..the 15th is Dance of the Three Dons. I'll have to see about crash space and a crew. TOKI?????? :-)
Anyone from IDD want to go to the Dance of the 3 Dons? Fencing and more fencing.
April is going to be tough. I'm hoping to go to Coronation, but I haven't heard back from the Autocrat yet. That's the 12th. The 20th is the fist Seder and I have to be in TO. I figured I could take my time and go straight to TO after Coronation. If I go.
then I leave Toronto on Tues and head home. Friday, early am, I drive nine hours to Crown in NB.
Wonder how many bagels the last two is gonna require. :-)
Okay. Time to go say g'nite to Grumpy bird.
