Well now, that was an interesting experience. I don't think I've ever been in such warm water before..other than a bath or shower. Very weird. and I couldn't find my bathing suit so I wore a pair of shorts and a T-shirt. Not recommended.m:-(
I managed to do most of the exercises, though some of them I couldn't complete due to pain. I didn't even last the full hour. And I was practically useless for physio. I'm really hopeful that at some point the OT lady will say something that I don't already know. I've been doing the stuff she's telling me about for years now. Sigh. Just one itty bitty thing? Is that too much to ask. Sigh. Well, at least now I know why that stuff feels better. *grin*
Hawise has managed to abuse her left rotator cuff. :-( Maybe I can get her in with me. I will call Ctm tomorrow to see about handicap transport. It will actually be cheaper for me and it will take a load off of Hawise. She has to prepare the feast on Saturday..and the day board. I guess I'll spend most of the event in the kitchen. :-) Hmmmm...that's where I spent most of my early SCA days. Full circle, eh.
So..I got the paperwork and filled in my part and Bianca from the CLSC will mail it out to my Neuro. I need to phone welfare and find out what the next step is.
I think I may try driving on Friday. With Chrissie. Then again, maybe not.
