The cesamet, that is. My pain level on movement seems to be less. Also less recovery time after pain. I notice the difference as the drug wears off.

However, something new is the increased number of random electric shocks I've been getting allover my left foot and ankle. My complete leg must be out of the fan's wind because it actually hurts. That's mostly within the first 3 hours of taking it. Last night I received a corresponding pain, to go with the one on the top of the foot, in my left abdomen. It happened a number of times, and then just stopped. Rather disconcerting, that.

Got some excellent news. Northbard and Tormenta will be either over-nighting next Friday night or coming by for a few h9urs on Saturday. And my brother just called and said they are planning to come in for the weekend. My father has apparently expressed a wish to join them. I'm hoping Aunt Sue can put him up. I cannot deal with him sleeping here. Not because he'll be nasty..I don't think so, right now. But just because he doesn't remember things, leaves things around, doesn't know where stuff is here (neither do I so much anymore). We'll both get really frustrated. He[s coming because he[s worried about me and he can go visit my mother and the rest of the families at the same time. It's doubtful he'll be in town again before Rosh Hashanah and it is a good thing to visit the graves of your loved ones before RH.

So, I'm looking forward to this. :-)
