Well... I may have solved the problem of my broken air conditioner. :-)

I called my old friend Ziggy to ask if he knew where I might get one inexpensively. And, he's coming over tomorrow to measure the window as he has one that's been sitting in his storage for the last three years. :-)

Considering that the one that's broken has lasted me four years (it was used) I can't complain. I more that got my money's worth out of it. :-)

And he'll check the ceiling fan in my bedroom at the same time. :-)

I'm going to Midsummer's Faire. On my own. I figure that I can gas up at the corner which is a full serve station. And I'll do a second fillup about 3 hours later in the States. That'll be doable. :-)
